When we moved from Delhi to Bangalore for business school, we missed the snacks we grew up with. We wanted something bold, crunchy and satisfying — but lighter than the usual fried options. So we started experimenting.
The result? Dosa Crisps. A paper-thin roasted snack inspired by the comfort of South India and made for today's snack lovers.
What began as a college project is now a brand we're proud to share with you. Here's to Crunching Louder.
The problem we saw
Most snacking felt like a trade-off: deep-fried and indulgent, or bland and "healthy." We wanted the crunch and the flavour without the oil-heavy guilt — something that felt like a proper treat but was roasted, not fried. Dosa batter, with its light, paper-thin texture, felt like the obvious place to start.
Our mission
To bring the comfort of South Indian flavour to a snack you can genuinely eat every day — roasted, bold, and made in small batches so every pack tastes like it was made with care, because it was.
Our values
Roasted, not fried. Every flavour starts from the same principle: big crunch, less oil.
Small batch, big flavour. We'd rather make less and get it right than mass-produce something average.
Community-built menu. Some of our best flavours — like Manchurian and Peri Peri — started as suggestions from people who told us what they wished existed. We're always listening.
Honest ingredients, honest labels. No confusing ingredient lists — just what we'd want to see on a pack ourselves.
Meet the founders
We're four friends who met in business school in Bangalore, each with a soft spot for the snacks we grew up with back home. None of us set out to start a food brand — it started as late-night kitchen experiments trying to recreate the dosas we missed, and turned into something we couldn't stop working on.
What's next
